TCO mensual = live_input × (1 - cached%) + cached_input × cached% + output
- Input: tokens que envias al modelo (prompts, system, context).
- Output: tokens que el modelo genera. Suelen ser 3-5x mas caros que input.
- Cached input: si tu prompt tiene un prefix que repites (system, RAG context), el provider puede cobrar 5-10x menos por ese prefix. OpenAI y Anthropic lo soportan.
